The ValidSafe™ Trust Seal Validation Process

ValidSafe™ verifies the account holder information provided in your application which includes address verification and phone number verification.

Upon receipt of all applicable documentation, your ValidSafe™ Trust Seal will be issued within one business day. Your company's information will then be available to your website's visitors by clicking on your Trust Seal.

1. Business Email Address: Your email address is the primary point of contact for your customers, and we verify that your listed email address is a genuine email address by sending a unique code to it, and having it verified by requiring you to enter that code.
2. Business Mailing Address: We verify that your listed address is a genuine postal address by sending certified mail to it, and having it verified by requiring you to enter a unique code found on the mail article.
3. Business Phone Number: We telephone the phone number of the website's owner or manager to confirm the ownership of the website.

Business Site Trust Seal

The Business Seal proves your company identity and establish your company's reliability, credibility, and trustworthiness with your customers. To become business verified we will have a live member to confirm your company information, website information, and conduct a personal call in with your support person.
